Minutes of Commission meeting held on March 25, 2008.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. The minutes of March 11, 2008 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
No meeting was held on 3-18-2008.
Members signed the Determination of Applicability form for Steve Bouchard of Lot 1, Mashapaug Rd. to build a SFH.
Steven Anderstrom reported having received a phone call from a concerned neighbor regarding a new pile of dirt on Mr. Boniface’s property on Craig Rd. – Site visit to be done within the week.
7:15 p.m. Mr. Robert Ardizzoni gave us a receipt of his recorded Order of Conditions. Mary vandenBerg signed Procedure Sheet #2008-1260.
7:25 p.m. Rich Polvarari of 7 Sunset Lane presented a drawing of his storm water management project to install a pipe along the ditch on Sunset Lane empting into a growth of brush on his property where a “delta” has formed. He was told a Request for Determination of Applicability would be required. A site visit is scheduled within the week and a Public Hearing is tentatively scheduled for April 22, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.
7:50 p.m. Ruth Gregoire of CT inquired whether we had any wetland information regarding the Curboy property on Vinton Rd. She was informed that all the lots are build able and there are wetlands further back away from the road that would require protection. Wetland area maps were reviewed.
8:04 p.m. Mark Farrell of Green Hill Engineering presented us with Procedure Sheet #2008-1261 for the Estate of Joan Sable of 22 Brandon Street, R1-C-9.1 to repair a septic system; a Notice of Intent and a check paying for the filing fees. The Public Hearing is scheduled for April 8, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
